My Students

I teach students in an urban district. The children are loving, kind and willing to learn. Of the 100 about 25% are English Language Learners. Our children are in need of headphones for their iPads. The ones we have now are outdated and only half work.

My students are creative, thoughtful and full of questions!

They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. Truly, they are my inspiration!

My Project

These headphones will make our iPad center more accessible for the students. They will be able to listen to the prompts on the iPads instead of being distracted by outside noise. We use iPads as a center tool during both reading and math. We also use them for assessments in both reading and math.

Therefore, these headphones will make the use of the iPad more ideal.

We have headphones now, but they are several years old and half of them do not work, so the children cannot hear through them properly. Please help us get new headphones for our classroom!
