Headphones for Readers!

Help me give my students a set of headphones that they can use daily with iPads. Due to COVID students cannot share materials and these headphones can be cleaned and used for future years.

My Students

Our elementary is a Title 1 school. This means many of our students are from low-income households.

Our students are kind, safe and work hard with integrity daily!

There is lots of diversity among our K-5 students and they have many different experiences. Our students are positive, respectful and love coming to school!

My students meet with me in small groups of 2 to 5 students for 30 minutes at a time. They are engaged in various activities that supports their literacy needs. It is always a big celebration when they meet a goal and grasp a reading skill they have been working on! These kids are AMAZING and they work SUPER hard on becoming better readers!

My Project

This year my students are utilizing online resources they can access on their iPads. I'm working with students that are in person at school and at home learning.

Students are not able to share materials due to COVID, so it's really important for them to have their own headphones to use.

I am recording myself teaching to push out to students to work on specific reading skills. This is a great way to individualize instruction for all my learners. iPads are also used to access books, so every student has their own copy. My students are needing to use headphones everyday with our current guidelines!
