My students need access to resources in the library. These headphones will provide students with timely and immersive interactions with materials and lessons when they visit our bustling media center!

My Students

Our high school is home to some of the most driven, appreciative, and inspiring students around. Almost 2200+ students attend our high school, established in 1976. Our kids come from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds. At our school, you'll see that we have a terrific program supporting spectrum folks and those with other special needs and abilities, an ELL program, robust AP and honors classes, and dedicated athletes. It's an honor to be their librarian, attempting to bring books and technology that will further inspire and support these kids. Come check out one of our stellar musicals and cheer on our teams--you won't regret it!

My Project

One of the challenges facing our library is slow connections to the district server. These two tablets will provide no-login access to the most used library resources.

Individual headphones connected with each desktop station will allow students more equitable access to the growing number lessons/tutorials/materials presented via the computer.

Not all students are able to keep and carry their own headphones, so it would be wonderful to be able to provide these cost-effective and cleanable headphones for our 2000+ students!
