Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting a class set of headphones for all of my students to create access to audiobooks, text-to-speech, videos, and more. We will use headphones every day for various activities and providing headphones provides equitable access to more resources. Headphones will be particularly useful to the English Language Learners in my classes.
Having headphones for each student will allow me to more effectively differentiate instruction for students and meet the needs of students who require translation or text-to-speech accommodations.
The little plastic baggies will allow for us to hygienically organize our earbuds.
