Headphones for Individualized Learning!

My Project

I am asking for new headphones for my classroom. At our school we have a great online program what creates individualized lessons for EACH AND EVERY student. This means students are being taught at their exact level. I wish with all my heart I could do that without the help of a computer but with 23 students, that means there are 23 different learning levels and 23 different ways to learn.

Headphones create accessibility to learning and growth for ALL students.

Not only do these headphones make it so the students can learn at their level, but with the microphone they can show me what they know. I can't listen to 23 kids read individually every day, but with these headphones the kids can record themselves reading which holds them accountable. It also allows me to listen later and plan small group lessons for the students who are struggling with the same things.

These headphones would be used for the rest of this year, cleaned, and then used for next year's kids too. Headphones do break easily and are pricey so it is hard for parents to be able to afford multiple pairs of headphones but these are good quality and would last a long time.

Also most importantly, headphones also block out the noise from other students and allow kids to stay concentrated on their own work, even when they are not listening to the computer.
