I teach 21 energetic, fun, and loving kindergartners. As my students learn and grow, they are continuously enjoying their learning experiences through fun, meaningful, and engaging activities. We try to build a community of learners through a variety of ways. Our students are playing, experimenting, communicating, and working their way to independence by learning in the classroom!
I teach at a Title I school in Georgia where all of the students receive free breakfast and lunch.
Despite the troubles that many of my students face, they blow me away with their eagerness to always do their best!
My Project
My students are faced with many challenges both in and out of the classroom. My goal is to tackle the many challenges that my students face. I want to provide and expose them to the technology and skills they need to succeed in the 21st century. They are curious, eager to learn, and desperate to please anyone who takes an interest! Keeping them engaged and learning new ways to incorporate technology is my goal.
I am a kindergarten teacher needing headphones for my classroom.
Technology is a vital part of the classroom. Everyday my students use Chromebooks to engage in the learning activity for that day. Students are asked to bring in headphones but unfortunately due to other financial obligations, some families can not afford to supply headphones for their children. By having durable headphones in the classroom, I will be able to help those students that are unable to afford to bring their own.
