This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are a wonderful group of learners who come from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds. While my students come from hard-working families, some of them are lacking the necessities to be successful in today's world. Many of my students receive free or reduced-price lunch, but all of them love to learn. My students are creative, independent thinkers who are maturing and gaining a much-needed strong foundation for middle school. My goal is for each student to improve as much as possible and build the most solid foundation possible for their future education.
My Project
Many of my students have large families and are doing distance learning in a noisy environment. Help me help my students hear me and their lessons better. Headphones will help cancel out some of the noise and allow students to focus and concentrate more on the lessons I am teaching. They will also be able to focus on any videos posted to our online learning platform. My students will be thrilled to have a bit of technology to make their distance learning a little bit easier and maybe even a tad more fun!
