This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In the age of technology, we are so grateful to have laptops for each student! However, being that we are a title 1 school many students are not able to provide their own headphones or replace headphones as they break throughout the school year.

Access to digital learning unlocks opportunities within the classroom for students to learn in new ways and receive immediate feedback.

Due to recent events, such as Covid-19, many students are below grade level in reading. Laptop programs often read the text to students, but students do not have headphones to hear the text. As you can imagine, having a classroom of laptops all reading out loud at once can be overwhelming.

We greatly appreciate your donation to helping us make use of all the advantages that come with digital learning.
