This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students are expected to use laptops more now than ever during their normal school day. Students watch videos, complete assignments play educational games and so much more on their laptops. However there is one thing that gets in the way of them staying on task or completing their work: lack of headphones.
Students need headphones in order to focus and learn!
Many of my students don’t have access to their own headphones for various reasons. The school provides headphones at the beginning of the year, but they quickly get broken, taken or even lost. At time, the lack of headphones in our classroom cause many issues from distractibility to incomplete assignments.
By you helping my class get a restock of headphones, that would get amazing! I know my students would appreciate it because it would make those assigned lessons a lot better to do, instead of relying on “closed captions” or no volume at all. I appreciate your support and help!
