Headphones for Academic Success!

My students need headphones to support their learning with academic programs that they use daily on laptops.

My Students

Students in my classroom are in a low-income, Title I school. One hundred percent of our students in the school receive free lunches. Most of the our school is made up of African-American and Hispanic students.

Though these students have outside of school obstacles they do not let that stop their love for learning.

They are always striving to achieve new goals within their learning. The students in my classroom are always ready and willing to do whatever it takes to help improve their learning.

My Project

Throughout the school day students in my classroom use their school supplied laptops for both reading and mathematic programs supplied by our school. However, the school does not supply headphones for our students.

A lot of students in this class have a hard time focusing without the use of headphones.

By supplying these students headphones it will help with focusing and overall academic growth. I have several students to who will state daily that they can not focus due to hearing others computers. Some have brought in cheap headphones which tend to not last long with the amount of daily usage that we use them for. These students need dependable headphones that can tolerate daily multiple uses.
