Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students come from various backgrounds and are from low income families. My students all have various levels of proficiency in math. The majority of my students are multi-sensory learners. They learn best when they receive small group instruction.
The resources would provide students the materials to focus on various mathematical topics contained in the curriculum.
My Project
My students are diverse learners who learn a variety of ways whether it is remote learning or in person. I want my students to be able to use headphones during class to review mathematical content. We have many programs that students can use to review material.
The classroom set of headphones will allow students to use them using class time and not have to worry about sharing them with others.
Students will have their own set and be able to use them when needed. The use of technology will allow them to meet their goals and make academic growth.
