Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have 30 wonderful 5th grade students who complete school work during the day using computer devices. I like to assign work using technology so that students are prepared for the ever changing technology world. Also, technology keeps students engaged and challenges their thinking.
My students are attending a low income elementary school where more then 50% of students are coming from a low income household.
On the school supply list, I do ask for students to bring headphones, but often times students and guardians can not afford to purchase the required headphones needed.
