My Students

My students are amazing. Every day they come to school ready to learn. They find excitement learning with their class friends regardless of the topic. My students make work the best part of the day.

I want all my students to have access to materials that they need to be successful.

I want to give my students all the accommodations that they need to be contributors. With these added devices, my students can build a knowledge base so they can participate in class and contribute to projects. I'm looking to them to be productive members in the world. We all have limitations AND we can overcome them to be amazing!

My Project

JustJamz Stereo in-ear headphones will enable my students to work independently on their Chromebook and help me facilitate their diverse learning needs. Not to mention they won’t be sharing germs! We will use our headphones for literacy programs such as iReady, ReadWorks and Kids A-Z Learning to name a few. We also use them for math programs as well as science, social studies and fine arts.

We have a sparse set of old, broken down headphones with which the students take turns.

They have learned how to treat them and take care of them responsibly but our current headphones are on their last lap!
