Help me give my students get the headphones they need so they can focus on learning White distant learning and when we return back to class so they won’t get distracted when we are in small groups.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I grew up in the same community I work in. I know the neighborhood well and the families there. Most students struggle to get basic necessity for school and most supplies are given by the school, which continually gets depleted. We don't always have what we need but we make it work.
My Project
The fact that some students have siblings or parents working from home as well, we need to help them gain focus with headphones so they won’t be easily distracted. We are all trying our best to learn, Headphones will only help focus on what they need to do with surrounding sounds that can be distracting. In the classroom it will help during small groups to focus on their work while on the computer, while I’m working with others who can get louder than expected. Thank you so much for the consideration.
