Hawks Pride Incentive Program

Help me give my students incentives to work towards. We would like to offer the students items that require less points and incentives such as the ukulele that will require more academic and attendance improvement to attain.

My Project

Students can earn Hawk Bucks through five different categories:

Academic Achievement: Completing assignments thoroughly and on time.

Attendance: Maintaining perfect attendance for a week.

Outstanding Acts: Performing exceptional deeds that benefit peers, staff, or teachers.

Improvement: Demonstrating improvement in behavior, attendance, or academics.

Tutoring: Providing or receiving tutoring for at least 30 minutes per Hawk Buck earned.

This initiative aims to boost academic performance and attendance rates among students. As a Title I school, we've encountered various academic and attendance hurdles. By introducing this incentive program, we seek to motivate students toward scholastic success. We understand that improved attendance often correlates with academic advancement. Therefore, we've established achievable targets to inspire our students, acknowledging their hard work with incentives.

Our students thrive on challenges; they are resilient and resourceful. Despite facing adversity, they persevere and demonstrate remarkable creativity. With support from caring individuals, they will transcend generational poverty and leave a positive mark on the world. Thank you for joining us in shaping a brighter future for the next generation.
