This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We need to increase our instrument inventory for the growing number of students involved in the music program. Our goal is to have enough school-owned instruments so students can learn to play without buying an instrument. The allows for easy cleaning and lower maintenance. It is the perfect starter instrument for young musicians. They can learn to play flute with ease and later transition to a traditional flute. The low cost allows us to get a larger number of student flutes so more students can have the opportunity to learn to play.
