This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our old seating balls are six years old and are deflating daily. These new ball seats will replace our old ones. Kindergarten is more rigorous than ever. With new non-traditional seating, the students will be able move while doing their work.

The new seating will also help improve the students posture and focus.

A major benefit to the new seating is that the student will be excited to work with me during small groups and guided reading. With kindergartners being required to learn more, it is more important than ever for them to be able to move and enjoy learning.
