My Students

February of 2021, my students were able to come back to in-person instruction! One of my students' favorite things to do in music is play instruments. They love making music together!

I love how, no matter their differences, whether rich, poor, red, yellow, black, or white they love and look out for one another.

We have students from every walk of life, and every color of the rainbow. Some walk to school, or ride their bike, while others are driven from across the city!

My Project

It's ukulele time! Right now my students sit on the floor with their ukuleles, which is fine for learning beginner lessons, but as we start to learn actual songs with sheet music they will need to start using music stands (which we just got funded with my last project!).

Sitting on the floor and using a music stand just doesn't work.

So, I'd like to provide my students with a stool for ukulele lessons. It will mostly be 3rd through 5th grade using them, but you never know, 2nd grade might catch on quick and surprise me!
