Hard Workspace for Hard Workers

Help me give my students lap trays to use at the carpet to help them with their work. We work at the carpet multiple times during the day and this would help with personal work space while working.

My Students

I have been very blessed with the opportunity to teach at the school my own kids attend. I have twenty-four students who come from varying backgrounds and experiences. My school has a diverse population, which makes it a great place to attend and teach.

We are continually looking for new ideas and ways to improve and engage our students' learning.

When kids are engaged and provided with hands-on learning opportunities, they are more likely to retain what is being taught.

My Project

These lap trays would make a huge difference in my students' learning. By having lap trays my students will be able to complete more work on the carpet like our daily story problems in math without having to go back to their desks to sit and work. During reading my students will be able to use these to complete their daily work in various areas around the room.

My students will love having their own personal space to work at the carpet or around the room.

Right now if they are working at the carpet they have to go and get clipboards or work on the tile floor surface so they don't poke holes in the paper from the carpet.
