This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Everyone loves to be recognized! I plan on giving each student that passes the end of course exam a pin. Students work extremely hard throughout the year to learn the concepts that will be assess and I would like to reward them with a small token. Our school gives pins for attendance, leadership, and activities; a pin for math would show academic excellence. I teach students that are one to two levels above their peers and the pressure they put themselves through is intense.
I feel the pin would remind them that hard work does payoff!
