it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Giving my students snacks as a reward for finishing their work really helps keep them motivated and focused. For some of the kids, especially those with sensory or communication challenges, snacks are a big deal and make a great incentive. It’s a simple way to encourage them to put in the effort, and they start to learn that hard work pays off. Plus, it makes the whole learning process more fun and positive for them! It also helps create a happier, more relaxed atmosphere where they feel good about what they’ve accomplished.
