Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have one of the best group of students to work with who have autism disorder. They all have different needs and interests.

My students make the day fun and interesting with their unique personalities.

My students come from diverse backgrounds. Even though they come from diverse backgrounds, my students have some things in common: they are happy, smiling, and eager to learn. They love to come to school and interact with their peers every day. They are creative, full of energy, happy, and full of personalities.

My Project

Imagine going through your day hungry. Can you concentrate on your task or does your concentration wander because you are too hungry? My students need snacks throughout the school day so that they can focus on learning instead of their hungry little stomachs! They also need incentives to keep working.

How do you to focus on work when all you can focus on is food?

My students need snacks to feed their little hungry stomachs. My hungry little students cannot concentrate on their learning and grow to their full potential when they are focus on food. Hunger will prevent them from growth. They also need incentives to earn for their hard work! I mean, who wants to work for free? These snacks will help my students grow, learn, focus on task at hand, and reach full potential.
