My Students
I teach at a PreK through 8th grade, Title I school in Virginia. Our school serves a very diverse population which includes a high military population, immigrants, a high Hispanic population, French students who are enrolled in the NATO program, a high transient population, and I could go on and on.
Our PreK students in particular were chosen for our PreK program because they and their families were going through many hardships and these students are considered "at-risk students".
My Project
All materials ordered for this project will be used for my students virtual learning. As my students are learning from home, most of the materials that would be readily available to them at school are not available to them at home. Basic supplies such as glue, crayons, markers, paint, paper, etc. need to be provided or replaced.
My students enter our virtual classroom everyday happy, eager, excited and ready to learn something new.
