My Project
My third-grade class is made up of 25 amazing children. They range in diversity and ability. Some are Autistic, and many receive special education services. We are a Title I school, and all of my students are from low-income households, so they all receive free breakfast and lunch every day.
With a cautious start to the school year and the cold season just ahead, I'm requesting health and hygiene basics to help us stay healthy.
It may be hard to believe, but the truth is that our student bathrooms run out of hand soap daily, so that is at the top of my list. Their noses have already begun running, so we need lots of tissues to get through the year. Disinfecting wipes, cleaners, concentrate, and clothes will help us keep our learning surfaces clean. A variety of snacks will help keep students' hunger at bay so they can stay focused on learning. Storage bags will keep them fresh and safely stored.
Hopefully together, this will keep us all happy, healthy, and in school for the entire year. Thanks for supporting this project!
