Help me give my students nesting boxes and accessories for our laying chickens!

My Project

We are currently transitioning our raised bed garden over from wooden beds to metal ones because they will last longer and they look nicer. We would like to do the same with our laying boxes for our chickens. Right now we have wooden ones but we have found they seem to get dirty super fast and more prone to mite infestation. These metal laying boxes will look super nice and be a nice, cute place for the hens to lay their eggs. The layer herbs will help to keep the bugs away as well.

Having these supplies will make it easier for my students to learn proper poultry care and help keep the birds healthier, happier and hopefully full of eggs!

My students are learning about poultry, ducks and tilapia in our Small Animal Systems class. We need these new lay boxes to have hands-on experience with poultry care.
