it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Hang up the Phone is a project near to my heart. We are trying to find ways to reconnect with our students. Unfortunately students are struggling when asked to put their phones away. In an attempt to reconnect with our students we are trying a phone locker system in our school. Students will turn in their phones daily. The goal here is to remove the current largest distraction we are struggling with. We want this to start the conversation of healthy relationships with technology. We are hoping to change the relationships that our students have with their phones post Covid quarantines.
