Hang On for Hope

Help me give my students the opportunity to thrive. The garment racks will allow us to clearly display donated items so our students and families may easily select much-needed clothing.

My Students

Over 750 students currently call our school their educational home. We are a bustling school community located in Minnesota, on the outskirts of Minneapolis. Though the twin cities are home to major business corporations and a thriving economy, not every one of its citizens are blessed with financial security. A majority of our students' families earn a lower annual income, and over 75% of our students receive Free or Reduced Price lunch meals.

Your contribution will help our students gain the necessary supplies they need for basic survival.

We have a unique room called The P.I.R.C.H. - our Personal Item Room for Clothing and Hygiene. Here, students and their families may access clothes, winter jackets, shoes, boots, deodorant, hair combs, blankets, etc. Our inventory of supplies is growing and we are in need of additional resources to display the items.

My Project

Many of our students and families are in need of assistance to meet their most basic needs, like clothing and food. With winter fast approaching, students are accessing our resource room more than ever in search of coats, hats, and gloves, in order to prepare for the freezing temperatures of Minnesota.

Your donation will allow us to sort, hang, and clearly display essential clothing for our students and families.

The clothing is not merely a piece of cloth, but a symbol of hope in a world where people assist others in need. Thank you for your contribution and helping us put hope back into our community.
