This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I have 26 kindergarten students this school year who are full of energy and, most importantly, eager to learn. They love to read and learn many subjects. They enjoy their classroom because it is full of fun activities and comfortable.
Students learn multiple subjects throughout the day including physical education indoors and outdoors.
They love reading and doing science experiments. They are very eager to learn every day and are learning to be the best that they can be. They love their classroom and want to learn something new every single day!
My Project
It’s been a long journey while teaching remotely. Everyday I strive for my scholars to feel welcomed and loved. I am requesting stamps so that I can continue writing handwritten notes to my students and send them school materials. I believe that sending my students handwritten notes will continue to motivate them to continue their best learning remotely. I will also continue sending students literacy packets home to continue their learning with foundational skills. This project will allow me to give the gift of personalized handwritten letters. Many thanks!
