My Project
The wooden letters will help my students learn how to form letters with a hands on approach as well as a sensory approach. My goal this year for my current class is to learn how to write their name and how to copy words so they can create simple sentences. My students have fine motor delays so these materials will help my students learn how to form and create letters with a interactive approach. They will practice using these materials first and then after they understand how the letters are formed, they will be able to write these letters on their own.
The workbooks will be used during writing lessons where students will copy a simple sentence from the board.
