Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a teacher dedicated to helping my students become confident readers, I am excited to offer them opportunities for hands-on learning that will depend their understanding of language. I am requesting funding to provide reading manipulatives that will allow my students to engage in literacy concepts in a more interactive and meaningful way. These tools are essential for reinforcing phonics, sight words, sentence structure, and building reading fluency.
These manipulatives are deigned to make learning fun.

Students who struggle with abstract concepts often benefit from being able to touch and move, and manipulatives will help all of my students, whether they are learning to read or advancing their reading skills.
