This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students were out of the classroom last year due to COVID closures. This year they are excited to engage in STEAM lessons, experiments, and inquiry. These resources will allow my students work in groups using hands on resources while collaborating. They love creating, building, and using manipulatives to solve math and science problems with their classmates. These resources will allow my students to become critical thinkers, build rigor and resilience as they work through challenging concepts while engaging in state standards and inquiry based units in a fun way.
This classroom project was brought to life by Arizona Department of Education.
