This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are an amazing group of children who come from many different backgrounds and countries. We are studying the states of matter. They need magnets, cylinders, scales, iron fillings, compasses, and other materials to experiment with in this investigation. The more they can actually see the science in front of them, the more understanding they will have.

Students need concrete experience in hands-on science.

Many of them are not native English speakers which makes this need even greater. Please consider donating to help me get these science kits. These awesome students deserve the best!
