This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a science lab teacher, I have the privilege of guiding curious, hands-on learners who are eager to explore the wonders of the world around them. My students love asking questions, experimenting, and uncovering the "whys" and "hows" of science. To foster their curiosity, I’m requesting resources that will spark their imaginations and build their understanding of STEM concepts.
The books and activity resources I’ve selected, such as the Awesome Science Experiments for Kids and 365 Science Activities Book, will provide step-by-step projects that engage students in hands-on learning.
The Evan-Moor Daily Science books will reinforce essential scientific concepts at their grade levels, while National Geographic Kids Super Space Sticker Activity Books will captivate their attention and connect them to real-world science in fun ways. The funny laboratory science stickers will serve as exciting rewards to celebrate their achievements and keep them motivated.
These materials will make science come alive for my students. My goal is to provide opportunities for discovery, foster creativity, and strengthen critical thinking skills. My students are special because they embrace challenges with enthusiasm and curiosity, despite limited resources.
