This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

There is nothing more powerful than the real thing! Hands-on science gives students an opportunity to transfer their content knowledge to real world situations. It give them experiences that they remember their entire lives and connects them directly to nature and the world we live in.

With this project students will have an opportunity to observe a variety of creatures in their development cycles, creature behaviors and how plants and animals support one another in an ecosystem.

Students will be able to observe creature life cycles with the butterflies and ladybugs. They will be able to observe animal behaviors with the ant farm and the African dwarf frogs (fish tank). They will also be able to observe how plants and animals support each other in an ecosystem with the aquaponics garden.

Please help me by providing the habitats and I will get the creatures! I can already imagine the learning and excitement that will come from this project!
