My Project

I love how curious, determined, and hands-on my students are. They learn best when they can see, touch, and explore the concepts we're studying, especially in math and science. As a special education teacher, I work with students who benefit from visual supports, interactive tools, and learning experiences that meet their unique needs. The iPad and Apple Pencil will allow my students to access assistive technology, interactive math apps, and science simulations that make learning more accessible and engaging. The charging cables I am requesting are for the iPad and Apple Pencil. The Manipulatives At Home Kit will provide essential hands-on tools to help students grasp abstract math concepts like fractions, geometry, and ratios in a concrete, meaningful way. The Electromagnet and Optics Kits will bring science to life, giving students the chance to explore light, electricity, and magnetism through experiments that build both understanding and excitement. The LEGO Education SPIKE Prime Expansion Set will give students the opportunity to design, build, and strengthen problem-solving skills, vital in science and engineering, while keeping my learners highly motivated. Each of these resources will help my students access the curriculum at their level, feel successful, and develop a lifelong love for learning.
