My Project
Physics can be a complicated subject to wrap your head around, but the students in all of my classes have chosen to challenge themselves and take this engaging but sometimes challenging course.
Physics is all about defining the fundamentals of how the world around us works and then using models to make predictions about changes in the world.
Overall these models are represented in mathematical formulas but these formulas were created by making observations in the physical world and applying numbers to patterns. Being able to visualize these models is key to learning great physics.
These materials will be used to help my students visualize the physics that they are learning and to deepen their understanding of what the equations and numbers they are using actually mean. In the end, the goal is to take a mathematical-heavy subject and create visual representations to help make a subject that is perceived as complicated and daunting more fun and enjoyable.
