This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are the BEST! They arrive at school ready to learn. All students learn in different ways. Students need manipulatives to comprehend what they are learning in math. They will use the write & wipe clocks to show that they know how to read and tell time. They will use 3-D geometric shapes to identify the name, number of faces, vertices, and sides of each shape. They will use base 10 blocks to understand place value and be able to add and subtract. By donating math manipulatives you will help to get the students excited, engage in math lessons, and be successful. It will also help them feel more confident because they will have physical evidence to show their thinking.
