This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are in need of hands-on text-based resources, erasers, and art supplies.

Hands-on text-based resources through Humble Math and Teachers Pay Teachers: Help with student engagement and deeper understanding of the subject matter.

These resources also help students have fun while they are learning.

Erasers: A small but important item, erasers allow students to learn from their mistakes and promote a growth mindset that they can master math concepts when they persevere through challenges.

Art Supplies: Art supplies open the pathway to creativity in the math classroom, encourage self-expression, and allow students to be problem solvers who can create drafts for their solutions, designs, and models.
