This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Each year I get a new batch of students, and each year I am more excited and determined to have a wonderful year!

This year I hope to be able to utilize these resources and get them in the hands of students!

Last year I found these resources but was unable to purchase them due to school funding issues.

Each item is targeting a specific skill that first graders need to master. After I have taught the lessons, having engaging activities truly helps cement the knowledge into the kids' minds. Using various dominos and builders helps the students grasp important math and phonics skills.
