My Project
Our students will use the magnetic letters to work with a partner to build letter recognition and letter sorting. Our school has 25% of the population with students that are multi language learners and these hands on activities that can be used for partner work will help them build letter recognition as well as speaking and language development. This skill is very import for kindergarten as it is the foundation for learning for all students to be successful later on.
Hands on materials are more engaging and keeps students engaged and excited about learning.
