This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In special education we rely heavily on multiple modalities for learning. Every student learns differently, it may be by using visuals or by kinesthetics. This project will allow students to have a variety of ways of seeing and understanding math and reading in a way that makes sense to them in their own preference of learning. Some of my students need the tangibles to remain focus and attentive to their work. Or simply they need a marker that is a different color than black to motivate them in their work process.
