Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are from a small school in a high poverty area. These students come from all backgrounds and are striving to be high achieving leaders of the community.

These students give me hope for the future.

Hard-working and reaching for the stars, these students never stop. They come in early and stay late. Although many have the odds stacked against them, they are working for a better life. These students are leaders and inspiration for the rest of the student body.

My Project

These materials will help us to work with the various learning styles that we have in the classroom. The poster paper and markers will allow my students to create without them having to buy their own materials.

Not all students learn the same.

These materials will give my students the ability to show what they know in different ways. Many students learn visually and I want to provide that for my students. By providing us with quality markers and paper, my students will have the ability to work easily and creatively. Given the proper tools, they will never disappoint.
