My Project
Canyon Springs STEM Academy is a STEM accredited school. We engage in daily STEM lessons, as well as in-depth monthly project based (PBL) STEM inquiries. These hands on materials will allow each student to problem solve, have fun, and complete daily STEM challenges as they learn the Engineer Design Process.
The materials will be used both inside the classroom and in our 'Outdoor STEM Lab'. We use the outdoor learning in the fresh air as much as possible.
We have a 'kinderGARDEN' in a section of our playground, so many of the materials will be used to coincide with the garden activities.
This classroom project was brought to life by Arizona Department of Education.
