My Project
My students need extra attention to focus on individual skills. Many need work with fine motor skills, along with letter recognition, phoneme blending and beginning math skills. Having hands-on manipulatives like the Lakeshore Snap-Together Letter Blocks and Lakeshore Giant Alphabet Beads help the students to make cognitive connects to the things they are learning. The Jumbo Soft Dice and Lakeshore Giant Magnetic Dominoes are perfect attention grabbers. The Giant Alphabet Beads will also help with the fine motor skills as we work on letter identification and sounds.
These tools will help students meet their learning targets.
Students in my groups are behind in their grade levels and need direct explicit instruction to boost them ahead. These manipulatives and tools will help create a fun learning environment while helping them achieve their goals.
