Hands-on-Learning Experiences

My Students

My students come from a rural school district in a title one school. I love that my 1st grade students are excited to learn. They work hard everyday to become better readers and better at math. They look forward to come to school each day.

My Project

My project is designed to help the students catch up on the skills they are lacking or behind on because of Covid 19 and at home learning. It is important for students in lower grades to have hands on manipulatives to solidify abstract concepts.

A classroom full of STEM activities will put my students back in the game.

These supplies will provide my students the necessary experiences to develop and prepare for learning in the 21st century.
