My students are enthusiastic learners and they are only 5! I teach in a small farm area on Maryland's eastern shore. My students come to me from a wide spread county with different backgrounds.
However, they all come with the same desire: to learn!
Anything I can do to make that desire achievable in an interactive, exciting and memorable way is one of my goals as an educator.
My students need every opportunity they can get to experience learning in a new way hands-on way!
My Project
It is so difficult for students to listen and learn today. They need constant stamina and engagement. Students will use these hands-on activities during small group and individual learning time. Today students need to be physically and visually engaged to help them learn the content needed to learn throughout the year.
My students need these hands-on activities to promote self learning and stamina.
Having activities that are relevant to the students such as the letter building blocks will help students to persevere and keep learning. Not only are these products great for learning they will be long lasting! These products are durable and can be used for years to help many classes and a countless number of students. Also, in my project is storage bins for these hands-on activities to help keep our classroom organized and functional.
