My Project

I have sit spots to help students know exactly where to be seated in our classroom! They will know that is there specific spot and where to go each time they are asked to join me for circle time! I also have several items that we need for students to work on when they have free time or when I'm working one-on-one with another student and can't come to their attention right away!

My goals for this project are to ensure that my students have materials in their classroom to be able to utilize at any given moment, if they are finished with their work and need extra time or if they are coming to my classroom first in the morning and need some thing to work on.

I even have a few items that I would use in a calm down corner to help those students that need extra emotional support. My students currently love number blocks and we work with them on their iPads but it would be so fun to have them in our classroom for them to play with!

My students are special because they get to come to my room everyday. I want to do my best to make it feel like home and like they have something fine and exciting every time they walk in the door! They are all unique and make our classroom a family!
