Hands On Geometry

My Project

I am planning to use the 3d figures to help the kids see and manipulate the nets of these geometric solids. I am also planning an exploration of pi and how it relates to the circumference and diameter. We will be using the cookies and oatmeal crème pies to be an edible treat after they measure them as part of our hands on lab!

I am also hoping to have some fun math stickers to use for positive reinforcement and prizes to encourage active participation!
