My Project
Help give my students hands-on learning experiences for their knowledge reading units in 1st grade. My students are loving their new curriculum, but are unable to apply it to the real world without more materials.
These materials will supplement units about fables, the history of the Earth, the human body, early world civilizations, and early American civilizations.
These books, toys, and other materials will help my student explore how to excavate for fossils. They will help students visualize the human body. They will help them build pyramids and temples. It will help them be able to act out Aesop's fables that they learn about.
