This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Working in an autism classroom means that we have students who learn in a different way. We have a lot of hands-on and visual learners. We need basic materials to be able to create hands-on activities that make learning more accessible to those with communication difficulties and build up fine motor skills.
We go through a lot of glue, paper, play-doh and markers in our classroom.
These are basic supplies that can be utilized in many different ways to provide meaningful and fun learning experiences to our special learners. We would really appreciate your support to keep doing the work that means so much to us.
